Despatch Time
Although every attempt is made to despatch your order as soon as possible, sometimes due to seasonal pressures there is a delay. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have a specific occasion that you require your order for, please contact us before placing an order to confirm our delivery schedules. All of our hand-made furniture is produced to order and takes on average 4 weeks to produce from confirmation of order. Once an order is placed for furniture we will keep you informed of its progress and discuss suitable delivery dates/times.

Security
You can be assured that any information you offer whilst paying for your order is completely secure. If you have any problems in placing orders please contact us. We offer a number of payment options. All credit/debit card processing is through a secure 3rd party.

Prices
All prices are given in £GBP sterling. However, at the checkout your shopping trolley will display the prices in both Euros and US Dollars. If you require a price in any other currency please ask; although our conversion will only be a close approximation for that day, your credit card/debit card provider or bank may use a slightly different exchange rate.

Taxes and Duties
If there are any taxes or duties applicable to any of our products, other than those imposed in the UK, they are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you refuse to pay those duties or taxes applicable to your own country or state, any shipping costs incurred by goods being returned to ourselves is your responsibility.

Returns and Guarantee
If any of our products arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We will request that you then return them to us within a 7 day period for a complete refund. Although we do not send goods out on an approval basis, we accept that under exceptional circumstances some customers may have a need to return goods even though they are not faulty in any way. In these instances we may, at our total discretion, offer a full refund for the goods in question; although all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund offered. This offer does not apply to any 'special' item such as faux-suede backed throws or items made to specific customer requirements. All of our hand-made furniture, which is specifically made to order, is also excluded from this offer. You must notify us of your wish to return within 7 days of receipt, and we will then respond, if approved, with return address details.

Specials
If we are requested to produce anything which is not in our standard range, it is considered a special. Special items can not be returned other than for reasons of being faulty.

Sizes
Please note that due to the nature of the materials used the sizes specified are only approximate; although every effort is made to produce within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

The laws governing England shall apply to this agreement irrespective of the country of delivery. These terms and information does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
